Here’s what we’ve been up to:

• Joanna is working primarily remotely now, as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Work has transitioned to performing development of training courses for client use/delivery and delivering webinar-style remote sessions for clients. E-learning development has also taken off…lots of interest in GMP training for virtual companies out there!
  

 

• Joanna recently completed a project that included Veeva implementation and training, managing the company's training function and development and delivery of a number of courses, including Technical Writing, Procedure Authoring, Why We Need GXP, and Quality Culture, to name a few. Attendees shared tons of positive feedback!

 

• Recent events and experiences have provided a series of potential article topics, so more to come on those items. Please check out our existing series of games, activities, courses, training system SOPs and ​free training resources in our online store for assistance, ideas and inspiration!

• There has been an uptick in interest in trainer qualification processes, and multiple companies have installed JGTA's OJT trainer qualification course. Attendee feedback has always been overwhelmingly positive. We’re happy to help with the rollout and initial delivery, as well – it’s Joanna’s favorite course to deliver.

 

• We recently identified that several of Joanna's articles are no longer available at their original sources. We’ve converted these into whitepapers, available as ​free downloads through our store. Check back periodically for new releases!

What Do We Do?

JGTA, LLC, is a consulting business focused on GMP-related training and GMP training systems in the pharmaceutical, medical device and biotechnology industries. We have experience working with both traditional and emerging technologies (like CRISPR , cellular and genetic therapies, and regenerative medicine). We've worked with startup, small and large companies anywhere from the R&D, clinical and commercial stages, in compliance with U.S. and international regulatory requirements.

Our ultimate goal is to ensure your personnel are prepared and able to perform GMP tasks with the appropriate levels of knowledge and skills.
